The spirit of Rödvattnet: our place, your story!
We are a couple from the Netherlands who bought the place 20 years ago and moved 6 years ago permanently to Sweden.
At the beginning we used the camping for our company in the Netherlands and organised trips for our handicapped and disabled
Children of who we took care of on a monthly base, we had a total of 125 children and 25 nurses, so we were the first
in the Netherlands that took those children, without their parents to a happy vacation in Rödvattnet.
in 2019 the Dutch government said that thes kids good not go to Sweden anymore due to a lack of money, so then we decided
to sell the compagnies and move on a permanent base to Sweden and start the camping again.
